Couriers

As soon as your order is processed for dispatch we email you the tracking number. You can also see the tracking number in the My Orders section of our website.

Dispatch

Orders are processed for dispatch within 3-7 working days (UK Mainland). The cut off for next day delivery is 10.30am (Monday to Friday).

Returns

Any items that are delivered damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded. Please submit a customer service ticket to get your issue swiftly resolved.
