Please note, your goods will be delivered either on a pallet or in boxes.

Standard Delivery time: Approximately 3-5 business days

Orders will be delivered Monday-Friday (excluding bank / public holidays)

We may be able to arrange Next Day delivery for some items. Please call us on 01937 557 877 before placing your order so we can check stock availability and confirm any additional charges applicable

*Due to current Import/Export Regulations the following additional charges will apply to all deliveries made to the Republic of Ireland:
£80 import/export fee per consignment

We can also deliver to Europe and the Rest of the World. Please contact us at info@satchville.co.uk for a delivery fee

Returns
Damaged or Faulty Item(s)
In the unlikely event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a replacement or full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please send your order details, a brief description and photographic evidence to info@satchville.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation / Changed Your Mind
It is possible to cancel your order entitling you to a full refund providing we have not yet processed or dispatched the goods to you - please email info@satchville.co.uk or call us on 01937 557 877.
If the cancellation instruction is received after the goods have been packed but not left the Warehouse, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the net order value or £25 whichever is greater.
If the cancellation instruction is received after the goods have been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods by email to info@satchville.co.uk. Any initial delivery charge is non-refundable and please note, any costs incurred through shipping the item (s) back to us will not be reimbursed. We recommend using an insured and tracked delivery service, as we will not accept responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during the return process. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 10% of the net order value or £25 whichever is greater, subject to the goods being returned in an unused and resaleable condition.
We will process any refund due within 14 days.

Scarthingwell is not responsible for any items originally purchased from another website or retailer. Please contact your stockist for their returns information.

Scarthingwell reserves the right to cancel unused credit notes after twelve months of the issued date
