Geko are a fantastic company to work with and their products are loved by our customers. They supply good quality pieces at affordable prices. Their dropship system is brilliant, we get regular stock updates and for items ordered we receive an email to tell us it has been dispatched, the date of delivery and a 1 hour time slot, which our customers absolutely love. Their customer service is the best we have come across!

Would just like to say how impressed I am with the service, delivery and communication I receive from Chris, was a bit dubious at first using dropshipping and was looking for a supplier that I could trust and rely on as I have worked hard for 2 years and maintaining my 100% feedback was my concern. I need not have worried as I am kept informed of stock inventory, delivery dates and times and any out of stock items. Customers are all very pleased with the products and I am getting great feedback from them regarding the quality and speed of delivery . Geko have a great range of products - very good quality and reasonably priced. Chris gives fantastic customer service - always replies to queries quickly, and really goes the extra mile to help out with any issues. Firstly the range the Scarthingwell has is really good. The cabinets are well made. They are eclectic in their design and are definitely eye-catching and a hit with our customers. Secondly, the delivery is fantastic. The items are well packaged and delivered within a few working days, sometimes this being the very next day, and we have had a lot of satisfied customers as a result. Finally, Scarthingwell.... when we have needed support with any queries, either for additional information on an item, or help with an order, the response is always very professional and speedy. Overall Scarthingwell are an exceptional supplier, provided high quality goods, really quick delivery and a very professional customer service. As to improvements.... I havent really got anything to add. The ordering service is brilliant, as I know that Geko have received the order and quickly will have the delivery time. Stock inventory is really good - and appreciate the regular updates (if you could send out a stock inventory soon that would be good :) )

The one thing that we feel would be beneficial to us is to set a minimum selling price on your product range.

The website is easy to use and navigate giving all the relevant information that is needed, and the only improvement that I could think of is one that you have already made, by providing the regular email stock list which is easy to utilize for my own use on my websites etc. Overall Geko is a pleasure to work with.
