Delivery & Returns
Here you will find all the information you need for delivery of our Vanity Cases, Artificial Plants, Furniture, Trinket Drawers, Homeware, Clocks & Giftware for either our trade or dropship orders.
Dispatch Time
Orders are processed for dispatch within 3-7 working days. The cut off for next day delivery is 10.30am (Monday to Friday).

Couriers
We use a number of couriers and the one used for your order will depend upon the size of the items once packed. The companies include Hermes, Yodel, DHL, DPD, Kinetic Logistics & Taylors Pallet Network All orders are fully trackable. Click here for more information on tracking. Returns
Damaged & Faulty
Any items that are delivered damaged or faulty will be replaced or refunded. please submit a customer service ticket to get your issue resolved. You can find more information on the process here. What do I do if my customer receives a dropship order damaged or faulty?
Good Returns
If your customer has changed their mind and you wish to return the product we have a restocking charge of £10 + VAT. This will be deducted from the refund. Please return items to:
