Research shows that goat’s milk is beneficial when used in skincare products. Sometimes it is the key ingredient that helps manage and improves severe and long-term skin conditions. Among other elements such as essential fatty acids and triglycerides, goat’s milk is particularly high in vitamin A, which is very important for healthy skin. It helps to break down dead skin cells and stimulates healthy cell production, helping those with Eczema, Psoriasis and unexplained skin complaints, particularly very dry and sensitive skin. It has also been found beneficial for children with chickenpox as it helps to alleviate and prevent scratching.
